Claire Pimm is the Deputy Director for campaigns, research and insight for the Prime Minister’s Office and Cabinet Office communications. She leads teams who work on a national, regional and local level delivering campaigns and insight for the UK Government.
She has held a range of roles in Government, and is an experienced senior manager with professional expertise in all areas of campaigning, communications, marketing and public affairs.
She is responsible for the delivery of the Government Communication Plan, ensuring campaigns are successfully planned, delivered and evaluated. She works on subjects such as Brexit, Grenfell recovery, public and mental health, economy, gender and racial equality to name a few.
Prior to coming into Government, she worked in local government and in the charitable sector. She is the Chair of Disability Snowsport UK, a charity that enables disabled people to take part in snowsports and a trustee of Back Up Trust, supporting people with spinal cord injury.
