Born in Mexico, the passionate Innovation Manager joined eMedia Monitor in 2018, where he has been focusing on the development of new products using data mining, analytics and business intelligence as part of eMedia Monitor’s digital transformation. Before that, he had 12 years of experience in working for the global IT corporations Dell EMC and Hewlett Packard in sales management and innovation related topics. Since his successful master graduation in Business Administration, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Cruz had the opportunity to work for markets like Latin America, Europe, Russia, Turkey, Middle East and Africa from the perspectives of sales as well as sales operations. He entitles himself as a problem solver and experienced decision maker with a strong ethical business code. His personal expertise clearly lies in organizational changes, business plans, digital transformations and sales strategies for global distribution.
